What a Champion

The journey for Sam to qualify for the English Channel swim has not been an easy one - only a few months ago she dislocated both shoulders and through the London winter, she has ridden her bike through the snow (and walked barefoot through the snow) in the early hours of the morning to train in cold outdoor pools.  she is going to raise money for Brain Cancer for her swim and I am so very proud of her and what she has achieved to date.
