Paying tribute to Marie and George Jepson

I am proud to be a member of the Advisory Board of the Tristan Jepson Memorial Foundation.

Marie’s and George’s son, Tristan Jepson was a brilliant young lawyer who took his own life in 2004 and Marie and George, being the extraordinary people that they are, decided to do something about it. They established the Tristan Jepson Memorial Foundation http://www.tjmf.org.au/ which is an NGO that is dedicated to making legal workplaces psychologically healthy with the key plank being the promotion of “TJMF Guidelines” http://www.tjmf.org.au/the-guidelines/the-guidelines-at-a-glance/.

After a decade of tireless hard work and advocacy, Marie and George Jepson are handing over leadership of the Tristan Jepson Memorial Foundation to Alan Cameron AO.  I for one, want to say “THANK YOU” to Marie and George – you have made a huge difference and the ripples from your decade long contribution will continue to travel outwards and will forever save lives and make workplaces better.
