'Culture is King' (Sharma) - but a culture which is not based on a strong ethical and moral compass destroys organisations

Revelations this week from the Financial Services Royal Commission illustrate that where a company culture is not based on a strong ethical and moral compass bad things happen and the organisation can be destroyed.   

Time for leaders to go back to square one and focus on values and culture that leads to people in the organisation doing the right thing.........
